1. Who we are

2. What data we process

Server logs / IP address. When you search, your request goes to our server, which forwards a query to PornHub's public API on your behalf. Your IP address may be processed transiently to serve the request. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.
Local preferences. Your age confirmation and cookie choice are stored in your browser's localStorage on your device. They are not sent to us.
First-party analytics (no cookies). We record aggregate usage: a per-visit random session ID kept only in memory, the referring domain (where you came from), your browser language, how many times a random video is requested, and approximate time on site (via periodic pings), and a coarse country derived from your IP address using a local database (your IP itself is never stored). We do not store your IP address or set analytics cookies. Analytics data is retained for up to 30 days.
Third-party embedded player. If you accept cookies, we embed PornHub's video player, which sets its own cookies and may collect data under PornHub's privacy policy. We do not control that processing.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

Serving your search request: legitimate interest / performance of the service you requested. Loading the third-party player and its cookies: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time via "Manage cookies").

4. Sharing

Search terms are transmitted to PornHub in order to return results. We do not sell your data. Our website is hosted by Hostalia (Grupo Hostalia / Piensa en la Nube, S.L.), Spain.

5. Your rights
